- 1) All sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages consequent upon bodily injury and/or property damage to third parties happening on the situation or within the geographical area in connection with the Business of the Insured and
- 2) The legal costs recoverable by any claimant from the Insured and costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of the Insurers.
